Challenge met
Filanc completed a wide range of civil improvements across the facility. The work included repair and replacement of yard hydrants and isolation valves, rehabilitation of slide gates at the primary clarifier splitter box and solids contact tanks and rehabilitation of interceptor piping and manholes.
Additional work included improvements to the Service Center Pump Station, installation of cured-in-place piping within the drain piping of the solids contact tanks and piping replacement at the Secondary Sludge Pump Station. Crews also replaced multiple drain and centrate valves, constructed new precast valve vaults and relocated motorized valve actuators to support the upgraded systems.
