The challenge

Expanding infrastructure at the Pala Casino, Spa & Resort required upgrading utility systems that support the resort complex while maintaining operations at an active hospitality destination. Construction activities had to be carefully coordinated so improvements could be completed without interrupting guest services or resort operations. The work also involved integrating new infrastructure with existing utility systems that serve the casino, hotel and surrounding resort facilities.

Challenge met

Filanc completed infrastructure improvements that support the casino, spa and resort facilities. The project included upgrades to utility systems and supporting infrastructure that maintain reliable services throughout the property.

Work was carefully coordinated so construction could proceed while the resort remained open and operational. These improvements support continued development of the resort while helping ensure reliable infrastructure for the Pala community and its hospitality operations.
