The challenge

Maintaining reliable wastewater conveyance for the Town of Wickenburg required improvements to the Aztec Park Lift Station, a key component of the community’s collection system. The project involved replacing aging pumping equipment and upgrading electrical systems while improving monitoring and operational controls at the facility. Construction also required coordinating equipment installation and site improvements needed to support safe and dependable long-term operation of the lift station.

Challenge met

Filanc completed the lift station improvements through the Town’s Job Order Contract program, installing new pumping equipment, piping and electrical upgrades that improve system performance. Instrumentation and control improvements were also implemented to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency of the facility.

Additional site improvements were completed to support safe and reliable operations at the lift station. The upgraded facility strengthens the Town of Wickenburg’s wastewater infrastructure and ensures consistent conveyance of wastewater to the community’s treatment facilities.
